I am Paul Anderson, owner and Managing Director of Jay-Care Stairlift & Mobility, I am fortunate to have worked within the mobility industry for more than 28 years. I have held a variety of positions during my time, from Service engineer to General Manager and now Managing Director.

I have always strongly believed that this industry has many companies and professionals who genuinely care about the services we provide. This is an industry that I thoroughly enjoy working in and take great pride from, the challenges can be difficult but the correct decisions and advice mixed with the joy they can bring are second to none. My outlook is to be always available and approachable, my company’s ethos is to do that bit more than others. 

I have taken every emotion and experience from the last 28 years and tried to offer a level of service that picks all the good from my personal journey. I firmly believe that customer service and delivery is key. A promise is a promise. A delivered promise is a satisfied customer.

My company thankfully is going from strength to strength, strong morals and ethics play a major part in this. My companies’ intention is to continue to deliver a high quality reliable service with the customer and product quality at the forefront of our decision making. 

We have had many highlights in recent times, Runner up in the East Lancashire small business of the year 2012, Accreditations with CHAS, Constructionline, Lancashire Safe Trader with the hope that this year we may achieve ISO standards. We are members of the East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce. 

The journey for myself and Jay-Care still has a long way to go however I look forward with excitement, confidence and great hope that we continue to provide a service to be proud of.
