Waddesdon I & II
The Waddesdon I, for those up to 35 stone (220kg), has two synchronised motors that operate the legrest action and raise the chair forward, whilst its dual action enables independent legrest and backrest movement for positioning comfort.
The Waddesdon II has four motors with a heavy duty control box and transformer for those users up to 40 stone (254kg). Two synchronised motors operate the direct drive legrest action and like the Waddesdon I, its dual action features independent legrest and backrest movement.
It is important to note for both Waddesdon chairs that the feet should be slid forwards as far as possible before the legrest is elevated to prevent excess strain on the legrest lift action.
